Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and generate interest in our real estate projects.
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information regarding available properties, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Schedule appointments with leads and follow up to convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain and update the client database regularly, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and collective sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- Confidence in handling calls and addressing customer queries effectively.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred, though training will be provided.
- Proficiency in both Urdu and English.
- Previous experience in telemarketing is beneficial but not mandatory.
