In order to supervise and manage US-based commercial accounts and make sure project execution meets client expectations, Lime Software Logics is looking for a Technical Key Account Manager-Mobile & Web Apps. By serving as a liaison between customers and cross-functional teams, the ideal applicant will guarantee the effective delivery of online and mobile apps while cultivating enduring business partnerships.

Important duties include: • Acting as the main point of contact for clients in the US, guaranteeing smooth communication and frequent project updates.
• Oversee projects for online and mobile applications, making sure that deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. are fulfilled.
• To ensure project success, work closely with the development, design, and support teams.
• Recognize the business demands of your clients and offer smart solutions to improve their online visibility.
• Clearly convey to clients and internal teams the scope of the project, technical specifications, and difficulties.
• Find ways to expand current accounts and, if necessary, assist with cross-selling or upselling.
• Maintain a high standard of service and satisfaction by proactively addressing and resolving client problems.

• At least three years of technical project management expertise in the online and mobile app development sector is required.
• Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English to interact with clients in the United States.
• Excellent project management abilities, such as setting priorities for tasks and adhering to deadlines.
• The capacity to work with technical teams and convert intricate project specifications into deliverables that can be put into practice.
• Verified Strong problem-solving and negotiating abilities; the capacity to establish and preserve enduring customer connections.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, business, or a similar discipline.
