Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets in the assigned territories.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to adjust sales strategies for optimal results.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Continuously assess market opportunities to stay competitive and proactive in the industry.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while attracting new customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sales strategies align with the company’s objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in industries such as paints, FMCG, construction, or lubricants.
