Description of the Job:
US hours: 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. PKT
The purpose of Operate is to assist in matching top sales representatives (SDRs) with the highest-paying international software firms. The ideal applicant is a self-starter who can locate influential people and important decision-makers in accounts and communicate well to spark interest and set up demos. By using focused inbound prospecting (calls and emails) to set up demonstrations, establish rapport, and initiate the sales cycle, you will create qualifying chances and income.
Selling: be able to prime the opportunity/close by driving value and creating interest with prospective customers; Prospecting: gather important prospect data online, schedule demos, and make sure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM; Making outbound calls and emails every day; Working with sales representatives (AEs) to schedule prospect calls,
gatherings and demonstrations
The ability to create and adhere to a sustainable and successful outreach process through the cadencing or sequencing of outreach processes is essential. The ability to consistently meet the monthly quota of eligible opportunities and income is also required.
Requirements include working US hours, speaking English fluently (with outstanding writing and verbal communication skills), having a four-year degree in business or a similar discipline, and having prior B2B sales experience.
