For our team in Pakistan, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven “Assistant Manager.” This can be the place for you if you’re searching for a setting where you can get practical experience and make a difference!
The ideal applicant will have a history of making a substantial contribution on their own and be at ease working both alone and closely with the management group. This position will report to the “Team Lead Finance” and be headquartered in Pakistan.
Among the duties are: • Enforcing 3WM in accordance with compliance (supervising the work that direct reports are supposed to perform) • Ensuring that inventory (direct payables) payments are made on time.
• Making certain that payments are promptly recorded in SAP as according to IFRS and accounting rules.
• Vendor Ledger Reconciliations and GLs
• Helping the tax team with income tax and sales tax returns and applying pertinent taxation expertise to payments.
• When necessary, managing internal and external stakeholders.
SOPs and workflows may be streamlined for further optimization (experience in process excellence). BI technologies like as Tableau, Lookerstudio, and PowerBi can be used to create and manage financial dashboards.
What you require in order to succeed
Requirements: • Any accounting credentials, such as an MBA in finance or CA/ACCA, would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial modeling methods and Microsoft Excel.
The ability to manage a team.
Hands-on experience with SAP or any other ERP; stakeholder management
• Two to three years of relevant professional experience
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to explain financial concepts to stakeholders who are not in the financial industry.
• Managing pressure and being fast A learner would be advantageous.
• You must be proficient in G-Suite; it would be advantageous if the candidate could join immediately.
