Location: Bank Habib Metro, Lahore; DHA Phase 8, Plot 45-D Block
Night shift (five days a week, rotating, nine-hour shifts)
Business: Transpotech, a Sunny’s Worldwide subsidiary
Pay range: 90–160k (including all incentives)

Overview of the Position:
To join our team, Transpotech is looking for a committed professional in chauffeur dispatch and customer service. This position is crucial to providing our clients with exceptional service and effective chauffeur dispatch. As the primary client contact, you will answer questions and manage the logistics of shipment.
Description of the Job
It is necessary to have a neutral American or British accent and excellent spoken English abilities.
● Continuing to treat clients with professionalism, empathy, and positivity
always.
● Quickly answering questions from clients.
● Using a variety of channels for consumer communication.
Recognizing and addressing consumer grievances.
● Being thoroughly familiar with our service so that you can respond to inquiries.
● Handling inquiries, orders, paperwork, and applications.
● Document all communications, transactions, remarks, and grievances from customers.
● Coordinating and communicating with the team as needed.
● Giving input on how well the customer service procedure works.
● Assure client happiness and offer competent customer service.
Workplace prerequisites
● A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably from overseas
Capacity to soothe clients
Knowledge and expertise in CRMs
● Prior experience in customer service (preferably in the United States)
Proficient in spoken English, with a preference for American or British accents
