To guarantee the implementation of the sales strategy and the accomplishment of yearly KPIs and objectives for a specific region, you oversee a team of field sales representatives. To execute on activation and reporting against KPIs, you collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments.
How You’ll Help
In order to guarantee that the team receives training, you will: • Work closely with the sales capability team to manage, grow, and inspire the team.
• Develop and oversee a yearly business unit strategy to meet predetermined channel revenue KPIs and objectives and to submit reports as needed.
• Oversee successful client relationships that support “best in industry.”

• To deliver the best return in your region, collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as the account team, category, activation team, sales capabilities, and customer finance.
• Have a thorough understanding of categories and insights, guiding the team in using category tools to engage and sway consumers to make wise decisions that will expand our categories and meet our yearly goals.

Additional Information About This Position
Certifications and Education: Bachelor’s
A master’s degree in marketing and sales
Work Experience: two to three years of FMCG sales experience
Where: Gujarat
Monday through Saturday is the work schedule.
