Overview of the Position: Business Development Representative/Sales Executive (Night Shift, On-Site)
Sectem Technologies is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. This job focuses on creating client connections, generating leads, and delivering excellent value to organizations through our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging potential clients.
• Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Training and Onboarding
We set our team up for success through:
• Classroom Training: Master our tools, systems, and proven sales techniques.
• Hands-On Practice: Live practice sessions and mock calls to refine your skills.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in sales or business development with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with B2B sales procedures as well as customer connection administration.
• Self-driven and capable of working both individually and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work nights (7 PM to 4 AM) at our office in Bahria Town, Phase 4, Rawalpindi’s Civic Center.
