Overview of the Role

In order to contribute significantly to the development of our people and culture strategies, we are seeking an HR Lead to join our expanding team. A candidate with two to three years of HR expertise would be appropriate for this position. who is keen to create solid teams, improve workplace culture, and streamline HR procedures and who flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Principal Duties
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee the whole hiring process to make sure we draw in and hire the best candidates.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Create programs to promote a productive, inclusive, and upbeat workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Support leadership in maximizing team productivity by putting performance evaluation frameworks into practice.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Create and uphold HR policies that complement business objectives and regional labor regulations.
• Training & Development: To guarantee ongoing staff development, identify skill shortages and oversee training initiatives.
• HR Operations & Administration: Manage benefits administration, leave administration, and payroll coordination.

Requirements: • Two to three years of fast-paced HR experience (preferentially in an agency or marketing setting); • Effective hiring and personnel acquisition context.
• Demonstrated capacity to promote workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in compliance, HR policy development, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge with HR tools and software is advantageous.
