Description of the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position with AA Konnects in Islamabad as a call center representative. Through efficient communication and problem-solving abilities, the call center representative will be in charge of managing client inquiries, offering customer service, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

The following are requirements: • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role; • Computer literacy for using call center software; • Interpersonal skills for effective communication; • Customer satisfaction skills for resolving customer issues; •operate effectively under pressure and in a hectic setting; a college degree is ideal, but a high school diploma or its equivalent is essential.
