About Us:
To oversee our Amazon Business account, we are looking for a skilled E-Com Specialist. The ideal applicant will be able to work independently, have a solid grasp of Amazon’s rules and procedures, and communicate well in English.
Duties:
– Manage and optimize our Amazon Business account, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and procedures
– Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, improve customer happiness, and promote brand exposure
Track and evaluate performance indicators, pinpoint problem areas, and apply data-driven fixes.
To guarantee smooth operations, cooperate with internal departments in marketing, logistics, and customer support.
Effectively communicate with Amazon professionals to resolve problems and raise concerns as necessary.
Keep abreast with Amazon’s changing rules, practices, and processes.
Conditions:
Having managed Amazon Business accounts or other comparable e-commerce platforms for at least two years
Strong written and vocal communication abilities in English
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the capacity to evaluate information and reach well-informed conclusions
The capacity to prioritize tasks, work independently, and oversee several projects at once
A thorough awareness of Amazon’s guidelines, policies, and best practices
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
