Description of the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for an R&D Manager at Arshad Group in the Faisalabad Division. In addition to managing teams and keeping an eye on project deadlines and deliverables, the R&D Manager will be in charge of spearheading research and development initiatives.
Qualifications: Research, team management, and project management experience; research and development (R&D) abilities Strong team leadership qualities; outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the capacity to collaborate in a team setting; prior textile industry experience is advantageous; and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
