Key Responsibilities:
As a Leadership Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the entire recruitment process for senior leadership positions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Your role will include:
- Recruitment Process: Lead the end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Strategy Development: Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top leadership talent across the organization.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a junior recruiter, offering guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
- Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for leadership roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and outreach.
- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress, metrics, and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, resolving conflicts and influencing decisions to achieve recruitment goals.
What You’ll Need:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience recruiting for leadership roles, preferably within the technology or fintech sectors.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the organization.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Decision Making: The ability to make informed decisions using data and sound judgment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to plan ahead effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
