Available Positions
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

- Eligibility Criteria:
- Member of a recognized professional accounting body.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a leadership role within organizations with assets of ₹5 billion or more.
- In-depth expertise in finance, investment, and treasury operations.
2. Company Secretary
- No. of Posts: 1
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries, or a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 62 years.

Remuneration & Contract Terms
MEPCO offers a competitive salary package based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
- The contract is initially for a term of three years, with the possibility of extension based on performance, up to an age of 65 years.
- Annual performance evaluations will be conducted by MEPCO’s Board of Directors.
